"Sunny Hill Festival" hosts 50 visitors in three starry nights

Pristina, August 1 – People rushing, cables scattered everywhere and big chains that will raise the big stage. This is how the final preparations look to accommodate about fifty thousand visitors that the organizers expect to come to Germi during the three nights of the "Sunny Hill Festival", which in this year's edition, the second in a row, has aroused great interest. With the reputation of putting Kosovo on the world map of the most important cultural events, the American artist Miley Cyrus, the Scottish DJ Calvin Harris and the Albanian-American rapper Gashi will be the stars who will accompany "Sunny Hill", Koha Ditore writes today.

"The interest is extraordinary, there are requests from all the countries of the region, even from Europe and America", said Alban Kastrati from "Republika", the agency that organizes the festival, for "Kohë Ditore".

On the official Sunny Hill Festival website, most tickets appear to be sold out. This is similar to the three-day ones from 40, 60 and 80 euros, as well as the VIP ones that cost 200 euros.

"We are almost at the last 10 percent of the 15 tickets we had available," said Kastrati.

Already in the first edition, "Sunny..." proved to be a hallmark of the festival. It now provides 52 million results on search engines like Google. World newspapers and magazines such as "The New York Times", "The Guardian", "MTV UK", "Areavip", "Rolling Stone", "Anabel Magazine" and "MTV Italia" have mentioned "Sunny Hill" as an event of important, in which important names of world artists parade.
