Sinan Kajtazi laureate of the artistic residency in Paris

More than 300 artists every year become part of the artistic residence "Cité internationale des arts" in Paris. This year, the name of the Kosovar dancer, Sinan Kajtazi, will appear there. An extraordinary opportunity, according to him, to develop his skills in dance and choreography.

But Kajtazi will not stop there, he said that during his stay there, he intends to cooperate with the Paris Ballet Troupe, as well as with the National Ballet School in the French capital, "Koha Ditore" writes today.

The dancer Sinan Kajtazi, elected laureate of the artistic residency, will stay in France for three months. Staying in this country from January 2020 to March, according to Kajtazi, is a good opportunity to create connections with different French artists, but also from different countries of the world.

"Together with the Cultural Center of Kosovo in Paris and with the 'Cité internationale des arts' we have some plans that we intend to realize during my stay there, but these are still in the preparation phase and of course without having something concrete, we cannot give some details. What I can say for sure is that in this period we intend to create cooperation with the Paris Ballet at the 'Garnier' opera house and with the National Ballet School there, which is under the umbrella of the Paris Ballet," he said.

Kajtazi said that Paris is the center of world culture and ballet and dance in general in France are very important for the French people, therefore, according to him, this is a golden opportunity for him.
