In Charles de Susini's book "La Corse et les Corses, Opinions et Documents", published in Paris in 1906, we find on page n° 353, a short but quite interesting article entitled "Corses et Albanais" , which compares Corsicans and Albanians.
In fact, this article was written a few years ago, more precisely in 1877, by the Romanian doctor, Miculu Georgiade Obedenaru, who hypothesizes that a part of the Corsicans may be of Albanian origin, our Koha transmits the Darsiani.com article.

"Did the Thracian Pelasgians or the Albanian Pelasgians immigrate to Corsica?
Considering the characteristics of the races of Corsica, we admit that it is not the Thracian Pelasgians, industrialists, artisans, traders, but the Albanian Pelasgians, soldiers, mercenaries, swordsmen and plunderers, who came to live in ancient Kyrnos.
In fact, we know well enough that some Corsicans are brave, fearless warriors, but also cruel and vindictive; Many of them are prone to robbery.
In the cities, the profession of gendarme, policeman and prison guard is particularly suited to this Corsican category.

On the other hand, we see the Albanians possessed by the love of war and domination, and where the support of the tribe is paramount; they are all cousins.
Therefore, we believe that, given the similarity of functional features and intellectual abilities between Albanians and certain categories of Corsicans, we will certainly find the greatest analogy between the morphological and anatomical characteristics of both populations, when we have a number in hand enough anthropological observations made with insight.
Perhaps, over time, we will observe in some Corsicans, other characteristics similar to Albanians".
