The Deputy Mayor of the Municipality of Pristina, Donjeta Sahatçiu, has insisted that the "Sunny Hill" Festival should be held in the capital.
"Sunny Hill Festival should be held in Pristina. Dua's home is Prishtina. Prishtina has opened her heart to Dua. Any other political adventure is unacceptable," she wrote on Facebook.
Sahatçiu has left the blame for moving the festival to Tirana to the Government.
"The Government of Kosovo forced the relocation of the festival to Tirana, after the decision of the Assembly of Pristina to hold it where it should be, in Pristina and only in Pristina".
"Sunny Hill" will not be organized in Pristina this year. This festival will be moved to Tirana. The organizers blamed the state institutions for the failure of the organization in Kosovo.

Until Tuesday was the deadline for the institutions in Kosovo to respond to the use of the location. In the official announcement of the Festival, it is confirmed that the move to Tirana was made due to delays in response from the authorities for the granting of the property's permission for use.
