Located in the characteristic alleys of Shkodra, the short St. Mother Teresa, has her place in Shkodra in a two-story apartment which has had the status of a cultural monument for two years.
It is the house where Mother Teresa's family lived for about 5 years in the apartment, which is still maintained by Tonin Prela. The latter, outraged by the state's neglect, refuses to speak, but opens the doors of this apartment, which speaks volumes.
In the apartment there are still the chairs and the table from the 30s, while on the second floor there is also the bed where Mother Teresa is thought to have slept during her stay in Shkodër.
But this value and this holy place is not appreciated by anyone, not even including it in the tourist guides in Shkodër/Albania.
