Natalia Kircheva is an Albanian language teacher at the Karakurt village school in the Bolgard neighborhood of Odessa, Ukraine, where Albanians and other residents of various minorities live compactly.
The Minister of State for Diaspora, Pandeli Majko, says that "Natalia Kircheva is the first Albanian language teacher in Karakurt, the village in Ukraine where Albanians live. After completing her studies at the University of Tirana, she returned to her country to teach children not only the Albanian language, but also Albanian history and traditions".
In 2015 she became the first student at the University of Tirana, Albania. Today she teaches the elective course of the Albanian language for the students of the fifth form at the Karakurt school. The program was made together with the Institute of New Technologies of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine.

Children not only learn the written Albanian language, develop language skills, but also learn Albanian history and traditions.
Before Kircheva, no one taught such lessons in Ukraine, therefore, with practice, according to Natalia, the program will change and improve.
Natalia is not only a teacher, but also a great patriot of her land, ancestral home - Albania and the cause of her life.
