Academician Rexhep Ferri, in a long interview for KTV's Express show, talks about his life, from childhood, high school, traveling to Belgrade for studies and returning to Kosovo to continue with exhibitions abroad and inside the country.
With nostalgia, Ferri talks about the time he spent in the city of Peja, where he went to complete the high school of art, "Odhise Paskali".
"If it wasn't for that art school, none of us would be creative," he said.
Ferri even mentions that even when they went to study in Belgrade, the professors mentioned the art school in Peja as an example.
After his studies, Ferri returned to continue with exhibitions, both at home and abroad.
He mentions those in Paris and the conversation he had with a collector, who, Ferri recalls, told him "it's a shame you're not Spanish".
With that, Ferri said, I put it in my pocket and kept it in my memories but I didn't get jealous.
"On the contrary, it got rid of my jealousy," Ferri said.
Commenting on the Faculty of Arts, current developments and studies, Ferri said that even at this age, he works harder than those who made him professors.
"Humanity is dead, only man is left", Ferri concluded.
