Actor Astrit Kabashi has been announced as the double winner of the award for original Albanian drama, “Katarina Josipi”. The jury has appreciated his two dramas. He won the first prize for the drama “Lufta” and the second for the drama “Pse ke afrika”. The third prize was awarded to the author Florent Kurtalani for the drama “Kurora”.
In this year's competition, the jury was composed of Kushtrim Mehmeti, Ilire Vinca, Kushtrim Koliqi, Florent Mehmeti and Zoga Çeta.
The "Katarina Josipi" competition aims to promote and support local authors, as well as contribute to the development of contemporary Albanian dramaturgy.
