"When I was born I had no name, surname, nationality, citizenship, gender! I'm still what I used to be! Am I? Invisible wounds have burst under my skin. The borders have paralyzed my desires", is part of a work that Qëndrese Deda had presented to the Slovenian audience.
The work presented in Ljubljana earlier this year combined her personal writings, poetry and graffiti, in which she posed questions about identity, freedom and the limitations imposed on people living in today's society.
Deda is also preoccupied with the identity of the "utopian space" in a recently realized work. Entitled "Care", this work has added to her the title "Artist of tomorrow".
