The Albanian soprano, Ermonela Jaho, performed on Thursday at the "Royal Opera House" in London in front of King Charles.

It was the Albanian star himself who published a video of the event and the meeting with the British king on Friday.

“Very special night at the 'Royal Opera House' to show my respect and that of my colleagues and his majesty, King Charles, to our beloved maestro, Toni Papanno. Everyone feels it when they receive love", she wrote on Facebook.

The event was held to honor Royal Opera House music director Antonio Pappano who is stepping down after a 22-year career.

After the performance, the King came on stage and together with the performers greeted the audience.
