According to the indictment filed on February 11, 2025 by the Basic Prosecution Office in Pristina, Endrit Nika is accused of having on August 1, 2023 in a hotel in Fushë-Kosovo, after a preliminary dispute with his girlfriend - now deceased MK-U., whom he previously continuously hits and attempts to run over with a car in the parking lot outside the hotel, and after entering the hotel - in the room where they were staying, the defendant Nika, with the intention of depriving the now deceased MK-U of her life, continued the fight and beatings against the injured party, sending her to the corner of the room from where she had no opportunity to leave and from the blows and pushes that he made to the now deceased M. KU., he removed the window frame by throwing the deceased out of the hotel room window from the sixth floor. In which case, the now deceased as a result of the injuries and despite medical treatment, passed away at QKUK.
With this, the accused Endrit Nika is charged with having committed the criminal offense of "Aggravated Murder" under Article 173, paragraph 1, point 1.3 of the Criminal Code.
