The regional road traffic unit in Gjilan encountered an offender who, in the area where the speed limit is 40 km/h, drove at a speed of 110 km/h.
The same was imposed a fine of 300 euros, three negative points and the temporary measure of banning the driving of motor vehicles for a period of three months.
"The Regional Directorate of Police in Gjilan appeals to drivers to respect the norms and laws of road traffic, and also encourages the media and citizens to notify the Police of all misdemeanors that may be caused in traffic," the Police communique says.
