One person has lost his life as a result of a car accident on the Mazgit-Prishtina highway segment, Kosovo Police spokesman Baki Kelani announced.
The accident occurred at around 13:00 p.m., when a truck lost control and overturned. The truck driver lost his life. His death was confirmed by the medical team at the scene.
"Today, at around 13:00, on the Mazgit-Prishtina highway segment, a traffic accident with fatal consequences occurred. A heavy vehicle, a truck, was involved in this accident, which overturned. As a result of this accident, the truck driver lost his life, whose death was confirmed by the medical team. In addition to the police units that are dealing with the case, the medical team and the fire department have also arrived at the scene," Kelani announced.
