One person died and four others were injured after an accident between two vehicles on "Lake Road" in Mitrovica on Friday evening.
The dead body has been sent for autopsy.
The injured were taken to hospital, while one driver was taken into custody after treatment.
"It is reported that as a result of a traffic accident that occurred between two vehicles, a Kosovar male lost his life and four others suffered bodily injuries. The victim's death was confirmed by the medical team at the Mitrovica Hospital. The injured were sent for medical treatment. By decision of the prosecutor who was at the scene, the body was sent to the IML for autopsy, while one of the drivers of the vehicles, the Kosovar male suspect, was arrested and taken into custody after medical treatment," the KP report states.
