The Police Inspectorate of Kosovo and the Basic Prosecutor's Office in Gjilan have today arrested three more suspects related to the "Karaçeva" case, in the wake of the investigations that have been carried out.
The three suspects, who are police officers of the Regional Border Police Directorate - East, were invited today in the morning hours for interviewing as suspects at the IPK facility in Hajvali.
After the interview, by order of the Basic Prosecutor's Office in Gjilan, they were arrested on suspicion of having committed the criminal offense of "Smuggling of goods" provided for in Article 311 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Kosovo.
The same was assigned the measure of detention for 48 hours, and as part of the administrative procedures with the recommendation of the PIK, they were also suspended.
