Four cases of attacks on women have occurred in the last 24 hours, according to the Police.
And this is the act of harassment that happened in Pristina, during the afternoon of Wednesday, KTV reports.
However, it is not the only one that happened on "Mark Isaku" street in the Tophane neighborhood.
Even during the past months, according to residents, the same man who looks to be in his 30s has been attacking women in this way.
This has encouraged residents to report the case to the Police.

For them, the fact that they do not know the attacker and that the same act is being repeated remains a concern.
Meanwhile, none of the three victims reported the case to the Police.
And, according to Luljeta Demolli, there is still a fear of women in society that such cases will be reported to the institutions.
The police say that they have not yet identified the attacker.
"We were notified about this event on July 24, 2019, around 13:00 p.m. The information is being handled by the police investigators, who are currently working on the identification and arrest of the suspect", the announcement from the Police Media Office states.
Meanwhile, cases of sexual harassment and violence have also increased in recent weeks.
