The police assisted the AKP to break into a factory in Zubin-Potok

The deputy director of the Kosovo Police in North Mitrovica, Veton Elshani, said that on Friday they assisted the Kosovo Privatization Agency (AKP) to enter a factory in Zubin-Potok.

According to Elshan, the AKP claims that it has a property there and wanted to verify the equipment found there.

He said that the assistance provided by the Police to various institutions in the north is not exceptional.

"I can say that normality is returning, as regards the various institutions or agencies of the Republic of Kosovo in the north. Today we have assisted the AKP, but there have been cases when we have assisted the TAK, the Municipal Inspectorate, the Fishermen's Federation when they requested our assistance in 'Ujman', it is not something extraordinary", Elshani emphasized.

He said that this is the second time they have assisted the PAK in that factory.

"We received a request from the AKP, a few days ago and today we offered our assistance, which means it was the northern units that assisted in that country. According to KPA, they have property there and went to verify some equipment there. It is the second time that we have assisted the AKP in that place, because the first time it was closed and today they demanded that it be opened by force, it has opened and is being verified by the AKP", he emphasized. Elshan.

KOHA has also requested an answer from the KPA regarding this action, and as soon as it receives an answer, the text will be updated.
