The measure of detention has been set against the defendant HV due to the suspicion that he has committed the criminal offense of "attempted murder" and two other offenses.
The Basic Court in Pristina has assigned one month of detention to the defendant HV, who is suspected of having attempted murder on June 13. The incident took place on "Xheladin Hana" street in Prishtina, where around 21:30, the defendant, due to a dispute, fired a shot at an apartment where several people lived for rent.
The court said that he had put the lives of several people in danger, and another object was also affected by the shooting. In the decision, it was said that the conditions for the appointment of detention have been met "since if the defendant is released, he poses a risk that he will run away and avoid the criminal procedure".
He is suspected of "attempted murder", "unauthorized ownership, control or possession of weapons" and "causing general danger".
