The Basic Court in Pristina has assigned one month of detention to the defendant OL, suspected of the criminal offense of "attempted rape".
The court said that it has assessed that this measure should be assigned to the defendant, since if he were to be released, there are circumstances that would hinder the course of the procedure.
"...The measure of detention is the only measure for the unhindered course of the procedure in this criminal case", the announcement states.
