A woman has died and three others have been injured in an accident that occurred today at around 13:00 PM on the "Ibrahim Rugova" highway, at kilometer 7, in the Prizren-Morinë direction, near the border point with Albania.
According to the Police report, the accident involved a VW Tiguan and a Mercedes truck. The car hit the truck from behind as a result of carelessness while driving.

The other people involved in the accident – the car driver, the truck driver and another passenger – are out of danger. All are Albanian citizens.
The competent Police units and the Prosecutor in Charge arrived at the scene, upon whose orders the body was sent for autopsy.
The police have called on all road users to respect traffic rules and show increased caution to avoid such tragic cases.
