The Basic Prosecution Office in Peja has filed an indictment against the defendant JH on suspicion of double murder in Klina, on November 13 of last year.

It states that on November 13, 2024, the defendant intentionally and with a firearm deprived the victims, R.Sh. and A.Sh., of their lives in Klina at around 14:11 p.m., endangering the lives of other people who were present at the bar where the double murder had occurred, in such a way that the defendant first searched the victims' homes, and then contacted the victims through the social network Facebook and arranged to meet them at a bar in the center of Klina, and after a few minutes of conversation with the two victims with whom he was sitting at the same table, the defendant JH stood up and, with his back to the victims, took out his gun from his jacket and started shooting at the victims, at which point the brother of the victim R.Sh., the witness E.Sh., jumped on the defendant's gun, preventing him from shooting further, and at that moment his gun fell to the floor. the defendant, while then the defendant JH leaves the scene.
It was further stated that as a result of the gunshots, the victim A.Sh died at the scene, while the victim R.Sh was sent without signs of life to the Peja Regional Hospital.
The defendant JH, according to the indictment filed by the state prosecutor, is also charged with the criminal offense of "Unauthorized ownership, control or possession of weapons."
