The Basic Court in Pristina has set the measure of detention for a duration of one month against the suspects for committing the criminal offenses "Misuse of official duties", "Misuse and fraud in public procurement" and "Fraud".
KS, XH.M, LD, VM, IJ, EE, RR.O are suspected of having committed the criminal offense of "Misuse of official position or authority", while the defendants DG and MB are suspected of having committed the criminal offense of "Misuse and fraud in procurement ” and the criminal offense “Fraud”.
"The defendants KS, XH.M, LD, VM, IJ, EE, RR.O, DG and MB are suspected of having misused their official duties in the capacity of official persons using their official duties or authority", the announcement states.
