The Mayor of Zubin Potok, Izmir Zeqiri, has announced that he has been threatened by a press person via social media.
Zeqiri, in a post on the social network Facebook, wrote that he had been threatened by this person for the fourth time.
"I am being threatened through social networks by the same criminal for the fourth time. This coward (Kukavic) of the Serbian MUP threatens me with murder and insults the heroes and historical figures of the Albanian people. This dirty coward does not have the courage to face me but threatens me through social networks," Zeqiri wrote on the social network Facebook.
Zeqiri had previously complained about threats from this person.
The Deputy Director of the Police in North Mitrovica, Veton Elshani, told KOHA that the case has been reported to the Police and that the Serious Crimes Department is dealing with it. He said that it is expected that Zeqiri's statement will be added to other previous cases.
