The commander of the police station in Malisheva, Nazmi Zogaj, spoke about today's tragedy where a pregnant woman (25 years old) was killed.
According to the Prosecution, it is suspected that the woman was killed by her husband, who was later reported to have been seriously injured and is being treated at the University Clinical Center of Kosovo.
"Upon receiving the incident, police and emergency units went to the scene. The injuries were very serious and they were immediately transported to the UCCK in Pristina," the commander of the Malisheva police station, Nazmi Zogaj, told the media.
Further, Zogaj said that the weapon was licensed.
"It is suspected that the weapon is licensed and belongs to the perpetrator's parent. The prosecution has assessed it as aggravated murder. We are in the initial investigations, to discover more about the case," said Zogaj.
Today's tragedy occurred in the village of Kërvasari, Malisheva.
