Following the injury and kidnapping of a Serb within Kosovo territory, KFOR in Kosovo says they are aware of this case. In a brief response to KOHA, they say that the Kosovo Police has launched an investigation into this case and that they are in close contact on this issue.
"We are aware of these reports. The security situation on the Administrative Boundary Line (ABL) is calm. The Kosovo Police (KP) has launched an investigation and remains in close contact for this purpose with several entities, including KFOR. The KP has coordinated its respective activities on the Kosovo side of the ABL with KFOR," KFOR's response states.
KFOR is responsible for security on the border between Kosovo and Serbia.
