The Basic Prosecutor's Office in Gjakovë has today submitted a request to the Basic Court in Gjakovë-Dega in Rahovec, for the appointment of a measure of detention against the defendant BM from Rahovec, because he intentionally physically attacked his wife SS
The case took place in their house, where after a dispute, the defendant had physically attacked the injured party, hitting her with fists and slaps on the head and parts of the body, thus causing minor bodily injuries.
With this there is a grounded suspicion that the defendant BM, has committed the criminal offense of minor bodily injury.
The prosecutor of the case against the defendant has requested detention for 30 days.
