He is suspected of attacking police with a knife.

Letter to the Reader — Why We're Asking for Your Support ContributeAccording to the Police announcement, the incident occurred on Tuesday at around 08:30, after receiving a complaint from a citizen that the suspect BK had blocked the "Ramush Kotori" road in the village of Samadrajxha, by placing metal rods embedded in the ground and connected with wire, impeding the free movement of residents.
"Immediately after the report, police patrols responded and arrived at the scene. During the intervention, the suspect attacked police officers with a cold weapon (knife). The police reacted with immediate action, neutralizing the attack and managing to arrest the suspect," the Police statement said.
During the arrest, as a result of violent resistance from the suspect, it is said that four police officers suffered minor bodily injuries, but not from the knife.
