The Basic Court in Prizren has rejected the Prosecution's request to impose pre-trial detention on five detainees in the action carried out at the Kosovo Cadastral Agency and several other locations.

The spokesperson for this court, Marcel Lekaj, told KOHA that the defendants have been ordered to appear at the police station.

He further announced that the victims were two officials from this agency, an official from the Basic Court in Pristina, and two citizens.

"The request for the imposition of a detention order has been rejected. The five defendants have been ordered to appear at the police station. Two officials of the Cadastral Agency, two citizens and one official of the Basic Court in Pristina," he said.
