The Basic Court of Prizren has announced a guilty verdict against the accused Iran Badalli and Arben Gashi, related to the case of the explosion in Zhur, in January 2020, where a police officer died as a result, while three others and a child were injured.
The jury has sentenced the accused Badalli and Gashi to 12 years of imprisonment for the co-commitment of two criminal offenses.
For this case, the Basic Court in Prizren, in May 2021, announced a judgment of conviction against the defendant with the initials V.Ç. for the criminal offense of import, export, supply, transportation, production, exchange, mediation or unauthorized sale of weapons or explosives. He was fined one thousand euros after pleading guilty.
