Two hand grenades in a plastic bag were found on Monday in Han i Elezit, Kosovo Police announced.
The explosive devices were found during the demolition of a house, a person reported, while the Kosovo Security Force (KSF) demining unit arrived at the scene.
The explosive devices have been safely removed.
The case was initiated as "finding an unexploded device".
"It was reported that during the demolition of the house of the male Kosovar complainant, a plastic bag was found in which 2 unexploded hand grenades were suspected. The KSF's demining unit stopped and safely removed the grenades," the police statement said.
