The Special Prosecution Office has filed two indictments with the Basic Court in Pristina against three individuals for inciting discord and intolerance.

In the first indictment, defendant IU is accused of having distributed nationalist content on Facebook from 2021 to October 23, 2024.

Meanwhile, on October 23, 2024, during a police search of his car, four bags containing various materials and 148 business cards with inciting and divisive content, which could cause a disruption of public order, were found and seized.

While in the second case, defendants KB and MJ are accused of having, in 2020, displayed videos on Facebook in the city park in Gjakova, with inflammatory content and with the aim of causing division between national and ethnic groups, the Prosecution's announcement states.

The Special Prosecution has proposed to the Basic Court in Pristina that the defendants be found guilty and sentenced according to the laws in force.
