The Basic Court in Ferizaj has announced a guilty verdict against the defendant AR, a citizen of Kosovo and a citizen of Macedonia, and SA, a citizen of Kosovo, accused of the criminal offense of "unauthorized purchase, possession, distribution and sale of narcotics, psychotropic substances" and analog".
The defendant AR has been sentenced to imprisonment for six years and six months, and a fine of fifteen thousand euros; the defendant SA with imprisonment for a duration of six years and a fine in the amount of ten thousand euros.
"The court, in accordance with the provisions of the KPRK, permanently confiscates eleven packages of narcotic substances of the heroin type with a total net weight of 5432.88 grams and his 'Wolsfagen Golf' brand car", the communiqué states.
The defendants are accused that on October 8, 2020 in Ferizaj, they possessed without authorization for the purpose of selling the heroin-type narcotic substance, in such a way that after the agreement between them, the defendant AE obtained the narcotic substance from unknown persons in Macedonia, after that brought it to a restaurant in Ferizaj, where he met the defendant SA, who put it in his "Wolsfagen Golf" brand car, which he sent to a warehouse in the backyard of his brother's house, while during the implementation of the control order by the Anti-Drug Unit, in which case they found a bag in which there were 11 packages of narcotic substances of the heroin type with a net total of 5432.88 grams, which was seized by the police, the Court announced. .
