A 35-year-old Albanian man was arrested in Italy for exploiting prostitution. According to what the media write, the young man had bought a young girl from some of his compatriots for 500 euros and took her out into the street where he used her as a prostitute.
His arrest was carried out after a police operation, while the Albanian is suspected of being part of a wider group of criminals who recruited young women for prostitution.
The agents have discovered that the exploited girl is Albanian and lived in very difficult conditions. Her documents and passport were taken from her while she was forced to sleep in a small bathroom.
"He often stayed without food", it is written in the Italian media. In one case, she tried to run away, but was later raped by the 35-year-old man, who had bought her.
According to the media, the young man had taken the girl from some other Albanians, whose criminal organization was hit at the end of July.
