A Kosovo citizen, GR, 47 years old, was arrested on Saturday by the Montenegrin Police on suspicion of numerous thefts on the beaches of Ulcinj. He was also wanted by Kosovo.
According to the Police statement, during the search of the apartment where the suspect was staying, some of the stolen items and items from the previous period were found, which are suspected to stem from criminal offenses committed in the Ulcinj area.
A package of heroin was also found.
GR is suspected of stealing money, phones, car keys, bicycles, expensive alcoholic beverages, cigarettes and other items at the Big and Small Beaches of Ulcinj.
According to the Montenegrin police, the suspect is a person with multiple criminal offenses also in Kosovo, a country that has him on its wanted list.
He has been detained pending further proceedings.
