EB, 29, was arrested in the early hours of Wednesday as a suspect in a stabbing in the village of Arllanit, Drenas.
According to the Police announcement, the victim RB has been sent for medical treatment.
The arrested person has been taken into custody.
A criminal case of "attempted murder" has been initiated against him.
