The Police of Albania have announced that they have arrested a citizen of Kosovo, the owner of a bus on the Pristina-Tirana route, after he had tried to smuggle various medications worth nearly 15 euros on the bus.
The 54-year-old suspect MH has been detained in Morina.
"During the operation, at the entrance of PKK Morin, as a result of the control exercised by the services of DVP Kuk, in cooperation with the customs authorities in Morin, in the bus owned by the citizen MH, 15 boxes of various medications (goods for which excise duty is paid), worth 15 euros. At the end of the actions, the citizen MH, 000 years old, resident in Kosovo, owner of the Prishtina-Tirana bus, in which the drugs that were to be smuggled into Albania were found, was arrested in the act," the Police announced.
