Kosovo Police announced that on Thursday they arrested a minor who is suspected of hitting two pedestrians with a car in the village of Banullë, Lipjan, on Tuesday and fleeing the scene.
The case has been classified as a traffic accident with serious injuries.
"On 03.09.2026, the investigation unit managed to identify and arrest the Kosovo male minor suspect. By decision of the prosecutor, the suspect was taken into custody for 24 hours," the 24-hour police report states.
