A person has been arrested in Decani on suspicion of threatening and attacking two police officers while performing their official duties.
According to the police report, the incident occurred on Monday at around 16:09 p.m., after the suspect showed anger at being issued a ticket for a minor offense.
In an attempt to bring the situation under control and make the arrest, police reportedly used pepper spray on the suspect.
As a result of the incident, two police officers suffered minor injuries and received medical treatment.
By order of the prosecutor, the suspect was interviewed and then released in a regular procedure, while the case is being treated as an "assault on an official person".
