Police have arrested two suspects in the kidnapping of a foreign national. Two other suspects are being sought.
The foreign citizen had reported that he had been kidnapped on July 29 by unknown persons, and that he had been beaten and threatened.
"After intensive investigations into the case, on 31.07.2025, two Kosovar male suspects were located and arrested, and a firearm - a 9 mm caliber pistol, without magazines and cartridges, which is suspected to have been used in the case, was also seized from them. The suspects also found a wallet with the complainant's personal documents. Two Kosovar male suspects are also wanted in connection with the case," the KP report states.
By decision of the prosecutor, after the interview, the two suspects were taken into custody.
