The Special Prosecution has filed an indictment in the Basic Court in Pristina for "cultivation of the hashish plant, cocaine bush or cannabis plants" against the defendants I.S., R.K. and N.F.
The Special Prosecutor's Office has announced through a press release that the defendants I.S., R.K., in complicity with the defendants D.S., V.R. and M.D., who are on the run, without authorization have begun to cultivate the narcotic substance of the cannabis type in improvised laboratories.
"With this, the defendants I.S., R.K., in complicity, have committed the criminal offense of 'Cultivation of hashish plant, cocaine bush or cannabis plant'. Meanwhile, the defendant I.S. is also accused of the criminal offense of "Unauthorized ownership, control or possession of weapons". The defendant N.F. is accused of having committed the criminal offense of "Failure to notify criminal offenses or their perpetrators", the announcement states.
