The Basic Prosecution Office in Prizren has announced that it has filed an indictment against ER, due to the well-founded suspicion that he committed the criminal offense of "unauthorized purchase, possession, distribution and sale of narcotics, psychotropic and analogous substances".
The Prosecution's announcement states that according to the indictment, the defendant ER, on 24.01.2025, at around 17:50, in the village of Korishë, Prizren, without authorization, distributed narcotic substances for the purpose of sale, distribution or offering for sale.
According to the report, he sold narcotics to users.
"On 24.01.2025, the police, after receiving information about the defendant, that he was selling and distributing narcotics, noticed the 'Golf 2' car entering and leaving the defendant's house, which they then searched, and there they managed to find under the driver's seat a bag with a suspected narcotic substance of the type 'marijuana', and then at around 20:03, during the police search, the defendant took a bag of narcotic substance which he put under his jacket and managed to leave in the mountainous area near the house," the announcement states.
During the search of the house, in the defendant's room, it is said that a bag containing a narcotic substance of the type of marijuana weighing 15 grams, a bag containing a narcotic substance of the type of marijuana weighing 1.76 grams and a white plastic bag inside it, and a black bag filled with a narcotic substance of the type of marijuana weighing 663.73 grams were found.
"With these actions, the same person has committed the criminal offense of 'unauthorized purchase, possession, distribution and sale of narcotics, psychotropic and analogous substances' according to the Criminal Code of Kosovo. The prosecutor of the case, upon filing the indictment, proposed to the court that after holding the judicial hearing, administering the evidence and evaluating it, the aforementioned defendant be found guilty of the criminal offense for which he is accused and be punished according to the law," the announcement states.
