The Basic Prosecution Office in Gjakova has filed an indictment against the defendants E.Xh. and K.Xh. for the criminal offense of "robbery".
According to the report, in the village of Ratkoc in Rahovec, the two defendants, sharing roles with NN, entered the house of the injured party MM with the intention of robbing.
"The masked defendants, using force and serious threats with an AK-47 automatic weapon, attacked the life and body of the injured party MM and his wife NM. The injured party MM demanded money by hitting him with strong tools on the head and body and also hit the injured party NM, forcibly taking the gold chains from his neck, so that they fired once with a gun and, upon fleeing from there, took the amount of 7.000 euros from his wife's pocket," the announcement states.
With these actions, the defendants E.Xh. and K.Xh., in co-perpetration, committed the criminal offense of “robbery”. The defendant K.Xh. also committed the criminal offense of “Unauthorized ownership, control or possession of weapons”.
