27 and a half years of imprisonment for the triple murder in Prizren

The Basic Court in Prizren has sentenced the two defendants with the initials E.Sh. to 27 and a half years of imprisonment. for the triple murder committed on March 8, 2015 in Prizren.

The first accused, E.Sh. (1) has been sentenced to 23 years of imprisonment and the time spent in detention will also be counted in the sentence. The other defendant E.Sh. (2) was sentenced to four years and six months of imprisonment, where the time spent in detention is included in the sentence.

According to the announcement, on March 8, 2015 at around 14:10 on the street "Ismet Jashari Kumanova" in Prizren, after an earlier dispute, they had deliberately taken actions to kill F.Sh., H.Th. and EU from Prizren.

In the announcement, it is emphasized that the defendants had left with the Golf 2 car towards the city after putting the automatic rifle in the trunk, while the defendant E.Sh. (2) he also had the gun in his belt. When they approached the scene, they stopped the car and when E.Sh. (1) noticed the deceased moving on the street, got out of the car and shot at the victims with a rifle, while E.Sh. (2) had also shot at the victims. From the wounds received, F.Sh. died on the spot, while the other two were sent to the Prizren Hospital Emergency Center, where their deaths were confirmed.

The defendants then ran away and handed themselves over to the police.
