According to initial reports from citizens, the person showed no signs of life," said the Police spokesperson for the Prizren region, Shaqir Bytyqi.
According to Bytyqi, the victim had left the house yesterday and had not been contacted by phone since last night.
"Immediately after receiving the information, the relevant units of the Kosovo Police went to the scene and began initial investigations. From the investigative actions, it was determined that the victim is the minor VN (born on 15.08.2008), from the Arbane neighborhood of Prizren, who had not returned home since last night and had not been notified by phone, while today he was reported missing," the spokesperson said.
Bytyqi for Oath for Justice further said that it is suspected that the victim, while riding his motorcycle, lost control and crashed into the wall of a house.
"Based on initial data, it is suspected that the victim, while riding a motorcycle, did not adapt to the conditions and circumstances of the road, lost control, went off the road and crashed into the protective wall of a house under construction, in which case he suffered serious bodily injuries that resulted in death at the scene," he added.
