The 15-year-old girl who fell from the building in Ferizaj is suspected of committing suicide, her sister tried to stop her

The police have announced that Saturday's case in Ferizaj, where a 15-year-old girl died and an 18-year-old girl was seriously injured because they fell from the height of a building, has been classified as "suicide".

The spokesperson of the Police for the region of Ferizaj, Kanun Veseli, told KOHNA that the deceased tried to jump from the building, while her sister tried to save her, in which case they both fell.

"The case has been described as 'suicide'. From the investigations carried out by the Regional Investigation Sector, it is learned that the deceased tried to jump from the building, while in an attempt to save her sister, they both fell", he said.

A 15-year-old girl died and an 18-year-old girl was seriously injured after falling from the fourth floor of a residential building on "Sandër Prosi" street in Ferizaj on Saturday evening.

The case was reported to the Police after 21:00.

He has confirmed for TIME that the two girls were initially sent for medical help to the Emergency Center in Ferizaj and then, in a serious state of health, they were sent to the University Clinical Center of Kosovo in Pristina. As a result of serious injuries, the 15-year-old ZM died, while the 18-year-old AM remained injured.
