The Basic Prosecution Office in Prizren has filed an indictment against two defendants Y.Rr. and BK, on ​​suspicion of having committed the criminal offense of "Giving or receiving a bribe in connection with voting".

According to the indictment, on October 12 in the village of Budakovë, Y.Rr. offered 120 euros to BK, in order for the latter to vote in favor of the candidate for municipal assembly, and to verify the vote, Y.Rr. asked to see BK's phone, after which he handed over the reward.

Meanwhile, BK is accused of having accepted this money with the aim of influencing his vote.

The prosecutor in the case, upon filing the indictment, proposed to the court that after holding the judicial hearing, administering the evidence and evaluating it, the defendants be found guilty of the criminal offense for which they are accused and sentenced according to the law.
