Serbia assigns a month's detention to Sandulović

Serbian politician, Nikola Sandulović, has been sentenced to one month's detention by the High Court in Nis.

This measure of detention of 30 days for Sandulović is counted from Friday of last week.

In the reasoning of the court, it is stated that Sandulović was arrested for the criminal offense of inciting national, racial and religious hatred and intolerance.

The Serbian opposition politician was brutally beaten by the Serbian secret police in the BIA building days ago.

According to his family and lawyer, the reason was a post by him on X paying tribute to the Jashari family cemetery in Prekaz, saying that he is the only politician from Serbia who honored the innocent Albanian victims.
