The review of the Work Plan of the Procurement Office for the year 2017 in the Assembly of the Municipality of Prizren has caused the councilors to address criticism about the positions planned in this document.
They have even considered that there are also projects that raise doubts, because their values are high, while the descriptions are short and formulated in a general way, "Koha Ditore" writes today.
In the last session of the CC, the advisor of NISMA, Skënder Susuri, criticized the content of the Work Plan of the Procurement Office for 2017, considering that procurement planning for projects such as road maintenance, gravel supply, then the purchase of a special truck, youth policies and waste management do not provide details either to the councilors or to the public, even though considerable funds are planned for their procurement. At the same time, he requested that the Procurement Office present the work report for 2016.
E Drita Millaku (Vetevendosje) has emphasized that not even 80 percent of the plans within this document are fulfilled.
PDK adviser, Alush Shala, although he is part of the subjects that make up the governing coalition, expressed criticism that certain investments were not specified and asked for clarifications about them.
The Procurement Plan of the Municipality of Prizren for 2017 envisages that 1.95 million euros will be spent on supply contracts, nearly 4.32 million euros on service contracts and nearly 9.23 million euros on work contracts, or a total of 15.5 million sosh...
