It is located about 10 kilometers from the city of Vushtrri.
It is about the Skoçan village of this municipality.
This village was visited by the team of the show "Life" this week.
The unpaved road that leads to this village is the first challenge faced by the three remaining families in this settlement of Vushtrri.
Even the lack of infrastructure has caused that only three of the 21 houses remain, where three families live.
After the 99s, Skoçana was also known as Çukas.
Rasim Lahu is one of the former residents of this village, who, although moved to the city, has decided to return to his native village.
He built a house there, where he says he stays all summer and cultivates trees and vegetables.
Apart from the road, the lack of electricity remains a major challenge for living in Skoçan.
The farmers of this area, who in the village say that only the farm is supporting them, are working at a loss, express themselves.
"The dogs need milk because there are no residents here. I don't have a road, I don't have electricity", says the female Basri Kasumi.
Skoçan village was inhabited by the first Berishë tribe who came from Malësia e Madhe, while the first families of this village are: Lahu, Kasumi and Imeri.
