Chelsea won with a goal from midfielder Moises Caicedo. He scored in the 78th minute.
The Blues, with the victory, maintain eighth place with 13 points.
Paphos, meanwhile, remains in 30th position with six points.
On Wednesday night, Athletic Bilbao and Newcastle United also achieved victories.
Bilbao won the away game against Atalanta 3:2. Bilbao is in 23rd place with eight points, while Atalanta is in 13th place with 13 points. Berat Gjimshiti completed the match in the center of defense for the Italian team.
Meanwhile, Newcastle won 3:0 against PSV Eindhoven, the Dutch team.

Coach Arne Slot's Liverpool scored a convincing victory on Wednesday evening, in the seventh round match of the Champions League phase.
The Reds defeated Marseille 3-0 away.
Dominik Szoboszlai skillfully converted a free kick in the first minute of first-half stoppage time.
Geronimo Rulli scored an own goal for 2:0 in the 72nd minute, while Cody Gakpo in the 93rd minute decided the final score.
Liverpool with the victory takes fourth place with 15 points, the same as third-placed Real Madrid.
Marseille remains in 19th place with nine points.
Barça concedes two goals but wins in Prague
Despite conceding two goals, Barcelona scored an expected victory over Slavia Prague in the Czech Republic.
Barça won the penultimate match of the Champions League phase 4:2.
Vasil Kushej scored the first goal for Slavia in the 10th minute.
Fermin Lopez scored for 1:1 in the 34th minute. The same player scored in the 42nd minute for 2:1 in favor of the Spanish champion.

Edon Zhegrova did not earn the opportunity to start for Juventus.
